As an active real estate investor and realtor®, I am constantly enlightening myself of current opportunities.  I frequently attend  real estate seminars and conferences that keep me up to date and in the know about our ever changing market.  

Raised in North Vancouver, I became extremely familiar with many of the distinct and unique neighbourhoods and even more familiar with communities that I personally lived in. Throughout my years, I have gotten to see and feel the diversity first hand, living in: Deep Cove, Seymour, Central Lonsdale, Upper Lonsdale and Lynn Valley.  My youth was spent hiking on local trails, skiing on all of the local mountains; Grouse, Cypress, and Seymour. Countless times, I have also visited the North Shore’s spectacular attractions such as Lynn Canyon, home of the most amazing suspension bridge where thousands of people visit each year.

Having mastered life on the Shore, I took a brief ten year hiatus to explore my options and my mind. I found myself in other Vancouver neighborhoods like Kitsilano, English Bay and Yaletown. Although, I found something to love about all of these areas, I figured the most exciting place to become a top real estate professioanl would be the North Shore.
